I am a nationally certified Massage Therapist and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, and I have been in practice for over ten years in the Winston Salem area. The majority of that time I spent in association with the Center for Family Wellness, a multi-disciplinary holistic health facility. Currently, I enjoy a private practice which incorporates both Massage Therapy and Healing Touch, and I also maintain an active volunteer presence with Wake Forest Baptist Health.
My overriding philosophy is that any form of bodywork is most effective when working with consideration for the whole person. It is this focus on the person, rather than just the muscles of the body or the presenting energetic issues, that I feel is a key factor in promoting balanced health and overall wellness.
